Step -1
1. Go to Control Panel.
2. Click on System and Security.
3. Go to Windows Update.
4. On the left panel, click on "Change Settings".
5. In the Important Update's dropdown, select "Never Check for Updates (not recommended)".
6. Uncheck the two checkbox under it.
7. Click "Ok".
Step - 2
1. Press Win key + R.
2. Type services.msc
3. A new window will open.
4. Search for Windows Update.
5. Double Click on it.
6. Properties windows will open.
7. First stop the service.
8. Then select start-up type as disabled.
9. Click "ok".
Now you have completely disabled Windows & automatic update. Watch the following video for the step by step procedure:
